Services That Turn Home Risks Into a Clear Plan for Safety

Every home is different, but the risks are predictable — and preventable.

Senterra offers three engagement options built around our Structured Home Evaluation and Senterra Score™ system, so you can choose the level of guidance and follow-through that fits your needs.

Regardless of tier, every Senterra client receives:

  • A Structured Home Evaluation by a clinically trained evaluator

  • A Senterra Score™ with clear risk tiering based on severity and room weighting

  • A Clinical Priority Pathways™ plan (Stabilize, Strengthen, Enhance) showing exactly what to address now, next, and later

  • Professional documentation you can share with contractors, family, or care providers
