Who we are
Senterra was founded by brothers Chris and Matt Wagner to bring clarity, credibility, and dignity to aging in place. With backgrounds spanning clinical care, physical therapy, and operational leadership, we repeatedly saw families forced to make important home safety decisions under stress, often too late and without trusted guidance to rely on. In many cases, risks were overlooked or misunderstood until a fall had already changed the course of daily life.
We built Senterra to change that experience. Our work is grounded in clinically guided home safety evaluations that help families understand risk clearly and act with confidence. We take the time to assess how a home truly functions in everyday life, including how people move through spaces, transition between rooms, and navigate familiar routines. This allows us to offer recommendations that are both clinically sound and genuinely practical.
Every recommendation we provide balances safety with thoughtful design. We believe safety solutions should integrate seamlessly into a home’s existing environment, preserving comfort, character, and independence. A safer home should never feel medical or institutional. It should feel supportive, familiar, and empowering.
At our core, Senterra exists to reduce preventable falls, support long term independence, and give families peace of mind through calm, professional guidance. We take a proactive and measured approach, helping families plan ahead rather than react in crisis, and remain deeply committed to care that is practical, trustworthy, and human at every step.
